Job summary

Trinity Life Sciences is seeking a motivated Product Manager to enable novel product development at the intersection of life sciences, technology, and AI. You will work with business leaders, engineers, designers, and clients to shape scalable software solutions and leverage GenAI in real-world use cases.

Two areas within the InsightsEDGE platform require analysis and product leadership, with a focus on healthcare data and business impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
12–18 years of experience in product management, consulting, or related business/technical roles with a focus on healthcare data analytics and product delivery.
3+ years of hands-on experience analyzing real-world healthcare data (claims data).
Experience with business process mapping, user experience design, and agile software development.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate across diverse stakeholder types and levels.
Proven analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
Commitment to continual learning, especially in GenAI.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science to translate requirements into roadmaps.
Conduct business process mapping and UX design for seamless feature integration.
Leverage Agile methodologies to manage sprints and backlogs.
Analyze real-world healthcare data to develop insights for life sciences.
Engage with clients to understand needs and translate into detailed product plans.
Monitor product performance and adoption metrics for improvements.
Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders to build credibility and influence decisions.
Stay informed about GenAI applications to enhance offerings.
Foster a collaborative environment across distributed teams.
