Salary: $371,000 annually (base) plus a $37,100 leadership stipend

Opportunity Details

• Senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the clinical, administrative, quality, and academic functions of the GI division.
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality, evidence‑based, patient‑centered care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Lead strategic growth, develop advanced clinical programs, and foster a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
• Oversee clinical quality, performance metrics, and patient safety initiatives to ensure best‑in‑class, evidence‑based care.
• Lead program development, including expansion of advanced GI services, procedures, and infrastructure.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain physicians, APPs, and trainees while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain an active clinical practice, including inpatient service, outpatient care, and supervision of trainees.
• Drive academic excellence through teaching, curriculum development, and growth of research initiatives in collaboration with affiliated institutions.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Gastroenterology.
• Five (5) years of clinical Gastroenterology experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual base salary: $371,000.
Leadership stipend: $37,100.
Estimated total compensation value (including bonus, 401(k), benefits, etc.): $484,100.

• Projected bonus up to $40,000, contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
• 401(k) company contribution: 3% of base salary immediately vested; an additional 7% after one year (no employee match).
