Job summary

A healthcare recruitment firm is seeking a Gastroenterologist to join their expanding division in a vibrant area of New York. This unique opportunity combines clinical practice with teaching medical students and fellows. Responsibilities include performing advanced endoscopy and delivering specialized care for gastrointestinal disorders. • Advanced GI procedural experience is desired.
• Must have a New York medical license or be eligible.

Join an expanding Gastroenterology division with an established non-profit hospital located in the vibrant, historic area within proximity to Long Island and Manhattan. Unique opportunity to combine clinical practice with teaching fellows, residents, and medical students. Provide didactic lectures. Attend Grand Round table conferences and related educational meetings. Perform advanced endoscopy and general gastro procedures in a state-of-the-art endoscopy suite with full anesthesia support. Currently a team of 5 providers including General GIs and Pediatric GIs.Dedicated block time available in endoscopy suite. Inpatient consults. On-call coverage (to be discussed). Deliver specialized care to patients with gastrointestinal disorders in a fast-paced hospital environment.
