Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking a Design and Drafting Director responsible for BOM management, CAD leadership, and configuration control. You will guide CREO and SOLIDWORKS activities, manage CAD models and drawings, and participate in the Configuration Control Board to ensure accuracy and efficiency across gas turbine programs.

This role supports engineering changes, NCR/ECRN processes, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing and supply chain to implement approved documentation updates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in configuration and CAD management.
• Must be fluent in English with strong reading, writing and speaking skills.
• US work authorization is required; sponsorship not offered.
• Successfully complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BOM creation, maintenance, and accuracy for gas turbines and parts.
• Coordinate CAD activities for turbine design and manufacturing.
• Manage models/drawings using CREO, SolidWorks, Windchill PDM.
• Participate in Configuration Control Board and drive process improvements.
• Support NCRs/ECRNs and assess changes for BOM/design impact.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain to validate changes.
