Job summary

PROENERGY in Sedalia, MO, seeks a Director Gas Turbine Design and Drafting to lead BOM integrity and CAD workflows across gas turbine programs. You will manage CREO, SolidWorks, Windchill PDM, and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.

The role reports to the VP of Engineering and requires strong leadership, experience with ECR/NCR processes, and a track record of delivering accurate design definitions.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in configuration and CAD management.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• US work authorization is required; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BOM creation, maintenance, and accuracy for gas turbines and components.
• Lead CAD activities and ensure designs meet standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage NCRs/ECRNs and assess impact of changes on BOMs and designs.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and other departments to improve processes.
