Job summary

You will oversee capital projects, engineering standards, and reliability programs, partnering with operations and project teams to boost asset performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 8+ years in engineering with leadership experience in industrial settings, strong knowledge of rotating equipment and process

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering leadership in industrial operations, manufacturing, utilities, or energy infrastructure.
• Experience leading capital projects and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, process systems, reliability, and industrial facilities.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and technical teams responsible for operational excellence and asset reliability.
• Manage capital improvement projects and major maintenance initiatives.
• Develop engineering standards, operating procedures, and technical best practices.
• Provide engineering leadership for complex operational issues, equipment reliability, and incident investigations.
• Support facility design, upgrades, and optimization in partnership with operations and project teams.
• Oversee technical training, engineering documentation, and performance metrics.
• Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and employee development.
• Drive continuous improvement across engineering, maintenance, and operational processes.
