Job summary

Redesign Health Inc. is seeking a Director of Fund Accounting & Investment Operations in NYC. This role involves overseeing fund accounting and administration for US and International Funds. You will manage technical accounting, financial reporting, and investor operations while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiencies. With deep expertise in partnership accounting, you'll lead capital cycles and ensure compliance across multifaceted fund structures.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and a CPA license, along with 8+ years of experience in venture capital or private equity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in fund accounting and fund administration within venture capital or private equity.
• Deep command of US partnership accounting and complex fund structures.
• Experience leading external fund audits and managing relationships with fund administrators.

Responsibilities

• Own technical fund accounting and financial reporting.
• Run capital call and distribution cycles end to end.
• Resolve investor questions and requests sent to the Investor Relations inbox.
