This role is responsible for reviewing and overseeing the month-end close, shadow accounting, and control environment across funds and related entities, including broker-dealer close review and associated regulatory reporting support. The Director will partner closely with internal Accounting and Operations teams, collaborate extensively with our third-party fund administrator and other service providers, and coordinate with Investor Relations on external deliverables to key stakeholders. The Director will also own and communicate key close, NAV, and reporting deliverables to leadership, translating technical detail into clear, decision-useful updates.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is reliable and accountable, brings strong critical thinking and time management skills, and is motivated to improve and scale processes (including thoughtful use of automation and AI) as the firm grows in both AUM and fund count.
Total Compensation Range up to: $400,000-$500,000 and positioned to offer a full-year guaranteed bonus.
