You will manage six local engineers and analysts and guide a broader team of ten international engineers, ensuring secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions aligned with regulatory needs and business goals.

Qualificações

• Proven software engineering leadership experience and experience working with enterprise platforms and driving modernization efforts.
• A strong understanding of modern architecture, cloud, APIs, integrations, and engineering best practices.
• Experience directly managing engineers responsible for full lifecycle delivery, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
