To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred.
  • Industry Experience: 14 plus years of experience designing, building, and delivering real‑time, scalable, and resilient software applications within Financial Services or similarly complex, high‑throughput domains.
  • Data & Persistence: Strong command of relational and analytical database technologies, e.g., KDB / ClickHouse / Oracle, with experience in data modelling, query optimization, and large‑scale data management.
  • Messaging & Middleware: Hands‑on experience with messaging and middleware technologies such as Apache Kafka, IBM MQ, FIX protocol, with an understanding of event‑driven and asynchronous system design.
