Job summary

Race Winning Brands in Mentor, OH seeks a Director of FP&A (Head of FP&A) to guide budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. You will lead a three-person team, coordinating with CFO and functional leaders to drive accurate financial insights across the business.

The role emphasizes ownership of financial planning, variance analysis, and standardization of FP&A processes in a manufacturing environment, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of progressive finance, FP&A, or related experience.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience.
• Manufacturing experience in a multi-site or inventory-intensive environment preferred.
• Public accounting background and/or CPA is a plus; hands-on leadership in FP&A is valued.
• Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and collaborate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Own monthly and quarterly management reporting, including KPIs and variance analysis.
• Consolidate forecasts across units and challenge assumptions to improve accuracy.
• Analyze revenue, EBITDA, margins, working capital, inventory, and cash flow.
• Partner with accounting, operations, and leadership to communicate performance.
• Improve FP&A processes, reporting packages, templates, and timelines.
• Support CFO, executives, Board, and sponsor reporting.
• Lead and develop a team of three with clear priorities and deadlines.
