Mission Staffing is seeking a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to support the family office of a leading alternative investment management firm in the Boston area. The role requires a self-starting professional who can handle highly confidential information and drive process improvements, directly collaborating with family principals and external advisors.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial planning and investment administration functions for the family office, serving as the principal financial point of contact for the family
• Oversee recurring reporting deliverables, including cash reporting, unfunded-commitment reporting, and net asset/investment schedules, plus the 10-year financial projection model and annual budgeting cycle
• Lead diligence coordination on new investment opportunities, including entity structuring, and execution of new investments
• Partner with estate counsel and principals on estate documentation, gifting strategy, lifetime exemption tracking, and wealth transfer planning
• Manage external credit facilities and intra-family loan tracking
• Take on special projects and analyses as directed by principals
