Job summary

Gatik is seeking a senior finance professional to own financial data, reporting, and insights across the company. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage ERP-based reporting, forecasts, board materials, and monthly closes, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive accurate, timely insights.

This onsite role at our Santa Clara, CA office requires 10+ years in accounting/FP&A, NetSuite experience, advanced Excel, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business decisions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across accounting, finance, FP&A, or related financial functions.
• Experience with ERP systems to generate timely financial reporting; NetSuite preferred.
• Experience with international consolidations and consolidated quarterly statements.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with dashboards and KPIs.
• Strong planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP-based financial and operational reporting across Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and HR.
• Maintain forecasts, liquidity, and leasing activity within the reporting framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy of projections.
• Develop regional KPI reporting to measure network performance and profitability.
• Build and maintain dashboards for timely visibility of financial metrics.
• Support monthly/quarterly closes, consolidations, and audits.
• Support strategic planning including budgets and scenario analyses.
• Partner with Finance on close activities and reporting requirements.
• Assist compensation plan analysis and revenue-sharing reporting.
