Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/CPA/CMA strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of FP&A, program finance, or financial controlling in aerospace/defense/tech, incl. 4+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record managing senior finance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop three Senior Program Finance Managers across R&D, gov and commercial contracts.
• Own monthly close, forecast, consolidation, and executive reporting across programs.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition and KPI reporting; drive standardized processes and templates.
