GreenLite Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Director of FP&A in New York to partner with the CFO and leadership.

You will guide pricing decisions, sales capacity planning, and capital allocation, building on a strong finance foundation to scale our AI-native permitting platform. You will own financial models, lead planning cycles, and deliver dashboards for cross-functional teams, driving data-driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7+ years in FP&A or related field.
• Experience with CRMs and financial ERPs; HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Expert-level Excel and financial modelling required.
• Analytical and strategic mindset; GAAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and long-range planning with the CFO and leadership.
• Own financial models for performance evaluation, capital raising, and reporting.
• Create cross-functional dashboards highlighting KPI and variance analyses.
• Partner with stakeholders to manage expenses and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Legal, and Finance to optimize systems and data.
• Provide insights on sales activity and performance with Revenue Ops.

About the Role:

GreenLite is an AI-native permitting intelligence company backed by Insight Partners and Craft Ventures, and we are growing quickly. As Director of FP&A, you will partner with the CFO and leadership team to guide decisions on pricing, sales capacity, and capital allocation. You will build on a strong finance foundation and take our planning and analytics to the next level. Permitting is a major industry we are modernizing, and finance plays a central role in how we scale.

What You'll Do:

• Strategic Planning: Partner with CFO in leading the company’s annual budgeting, long-range strategic planning, monthly and intra-month forecasting.
• Financial Modelling: Own all financial models for evaluation of business performance, capital raising and key stakeholder reporting.
• Management Reporting: Prepare insightful dashboards to be used cross-functionally which highlight key performance indicators and variance analyses.
• Key Business Partner: Collaborate closely with critical stakeholders to manage expenses, business performance and strategic initiatives.
• Process Optimization: Work with Product, Sales/Revenue Operations, Legal and Finance to optimize systems integrations, process and data fidelity.
• Sales Analytics: Partner with CRO and Head of Revenue Operations to provide insights on Sales team activity and performance.

About You:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7+ years in FP&A is required
• Systems: Experience with CRMs and Financial ERPs; Rillet and Hubspot is a plus but not required. Passion for automation and AI is a must.
• Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling is required.
• Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends and translate them into actionable strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to be a player-coach and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence stakeholders across the organization.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience with tech-abled services is a plus but not a must. Deep understanding of business operations and GAAP principles required
