This is a fully remote position and can be based anywhere within the U.S.
Reporting to the Managing Director, Foundation Relations, this role is responsible for leading a team of frontline foundation fundraisers across the country, managing a personal portfolio of foundation donors with a goal of approximately $1 million+ annually. The role includes developing team strategy, reviewing proposals, monitoring revenue and staff productivity, and supporting high-quality donor communications. The overarching goal is to support the team in securing new funding to achieve a collective foundation revenue target of $5 - $10 million.
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of supervisory experience managing donor-facing teams, with a successful record of securing large gifts from foundations.
Prior experience with foundations and strong copywriting and grammar skills are required. Knowledge of restricted fund accounting principles is preferred. Cover letter required.
Some travel may be required.
Starting salary ranges from $120,000 to $130,000, based on experience and skills. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, retirement, wellness, and professional development programs.
