This is a fully remote position and can be based anywhere within the U.S.

Reporting to the Managing Director, Foundation Relations, this role involves leading a team of frontline foundation fundraisers, managing a portfolio of donors, and achieving a collective foundation revenue goal of $5-10 million annually. The individual will also personally secure approximately $1 million+ in grants and gifts.

Major Responsibilities

• Lead nationwide efforts to solicit foundation prospects.
• Oversee and support a team of 4+ frontline fundraisers, fostering their growth and success.
• Manage a portfolio of 10-50 donors, submitting proposals and requests.
• Oversee stewardship and reporting to foundation donors.
• Coordinate with organizational teams to meet regional fundraising goals.

Formal Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of supervisory experience with donor-facing teams. Proven success in securing six to eight-figure gifts from foundations.
