Harris & Co Executive Search is partnering with a leading national advisory firm to appoint a Director within its growing Forensic & Valuation practice. You will lead complex engagements, provide expert financial analysis across disputes and work closely with clients and legal counsel.

We are seeking an experienced forensic accounting, valuation or disputes professional who combines technical excellence with engagement leadership, client management and a commercial approach to business

Qualifications

• Significant experience in forensic accounting, valuation or disputes with proven track record in commercial litigation.
• Strong technical capability paired with leadership and client-facing skills.
• Commercial mindset with proven business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex forensic, valuation and litigation engagements.
• Provide expert financial analysis across disputes, including damages and loss calculations.
• Manage client relationships and collaborate with lawyers and advisers.
• Lead, develop and mentor engagement teams.
• Contribute to business development including referrals, proposals and pitches.
• Support growth of the firm's Forensic & Valuation offering.
