Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a senior forecasting leader to drive market projections and addressable opportunity insights across marketed products. The role requires pharma/biotech experience and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

You will partner with Research, align with leadership on sales goals, and deliver quarterly updates and board-ready analyses in collaboration with stakeholders nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years experience or Master’s/PhD.
• Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare and/or related industries.
• Deep understanding of life sciences commercial data (SP/SD data) preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide forecast updates, including 5-year projections and quarterly estimates across all marketed products.


• Deliver quarterly CMC updates.


• Partner with Research to incorporate relevant market updates on addressable populations/opportunity.


• Align with leadership on sales goals.


• Produce quarterly board updates.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years experience, or Master's degree/PhD.


• Required: Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare and/or related industries.


• Preferred: Deep understanding of life sciences commercial data, including SP/SD data.

Skill Requirements:

• Experience forecasting in biotech/pharma markets.


• Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, problem solving, and intellectual curiosity.


• Solid project management and decision-making skills.


• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.


• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects.


• Proven ability to manage and partner with internal peers/stakeholders and external vendors.

Compensation and Benefits (as stated):

• Salary range: Premium (SFBA/NY/Boston Area) $215,000-$260,000; National $205,000-$245,000.


• Eligible for annual bonus program and equity incentive awards (not commission-based).
