Job summary

Everytable is seeking a Director of Food Service Operations in Southern California to own full P&L for a portfolio of foodservice accounts and to launch new accounts with a lean, safe, and profitable operating model.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align resources, manage budgets, and drive new business while maintaining high food-safety standards across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5-7 years of progressive foodservice, restaurant, or multi-unit operations experience, including direct P&L ownership.
• ServSafe Manager certification required.
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage full profit & loss for assigned foodservice accounts.
• Create and manage operating budgets for assigned accounts.
• Lead the launch of new foodservice accounts to operational readiness.
• Partner with the sales team to translate deal terms into actionable operational plans.
• Ensure store locations meet food safety standards and compliance.
