Job summary

Oliver Wyman Vector seeks a Director (Specialist Level 5) to lead complex, multi-disciplinary efforts in Fleet Management and Aircraft Transactions. You will act as a SME, drive business development, coach project managers and specialists, and align teams with strategic goals.

You will champion rigorous compliance with aviation regulations, manage risks, and partner with stakeholders to deliver right-sized, high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in aviation technical services or related fields.
• 10+ years leading large teams and programs.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary, regulatory projects.
• Deep understanding of aviation regulations and compliance.
• Strong analytical and data-handling capabilities.
• Proven business development and client management experience.
• Leadership and coaching of cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• FAA/industry certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development within Fleet Management and Aircraft Transactions.
• Lead large-scale projects with delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Serve as SME across asset management, records auditing, and maintenance processes.
• Coach project managers and specialists to elevate performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Design and implement innovative technical frameworks.
• Proactively manage delivery and operational risks.
• Foster inclusion and work-life balance across teams.
