Job summary

Oliver Wyman Vector seeks a Director (Specialist Level 5) aligned to Fleet Management and Aircraft Transactions to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives. You will serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, driving business development, coaching project managers and specialists, and aligning team efforts with strategic goals.

This role blends deep technical knowledge, leadership, and commercial acumen to deliver high-impact solutions while fostering accountability

Qualifications

• Extensive aviation/aircraft records or asset management experience.
• Proven leadership of large teams and complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of airworthiness regulations and industry standards.
• Track record in business development and client management.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development within Fleet Management and Aircraft Transactions.
• Lead large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects with delivery excellence.
• Serve as SME in asset management, records auditing, MRO, and airworthiness.
• Coach project managers, specialists, and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate to deliver comprehensive, right-sized client solutions.
• Design and implement innovative technical frameworks and methods.
• Manage risks proactively and escalate issues as needed.
• Foster inclusion, accountability, and work-life balance.
• Represent Oliver Wyman Vector at industry forums and client meetings.
