Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Finance & Administration, the Director, Fiscal Planning & Accounting is a senior leadership role requiring strategic financial expertise, executive management experience, and business planning skills. Responsibilities include overseeing all fiscal planning and accounting activities, ensuring fiscal integrity, advising senior leadership and the Board of Trustees, and managing the accounting teams of related multi-employer benefit funds. The role involves leading a team of approximately 25 staff, implementing financial policies, and managing complex funding sources with agility.
This position is crucial for shaping the Funds’ future, providing strategic direction, and supporting long-term sustainability through operational oversight, staff development, and system monitoring.
