Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of experience in fiscal/administrative functions, including accounting, budgeting, or payroll.
• Two (2) years of the General Experience must have been supervising professional-level staff.
• College hours may substitute for up to 4 years of experience; a Master’s may substitute for one additional year.

Responsibilities

• Direct fiscal management functions including budget preparation, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Plan and coordinate activities across fiscal operations.
• Formulate program goals and policies.
• Review operations for effectiveness and statutory compliance.
• Apply and analyze financial and statistical reports.
• Lead recruitment and hiring of staff.
• Advise agency leadership on fiscal and administrative matters.
• Manage liaison with internal and external partners.
