Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a senior Financial Reporting professional to own the consolidated cash flows, lead SEC reporting, and advance AI-driven reporting workflows. This hands-on IC role collaborates with Technical Accounting, Controllership, Tax, Legal, FP&A, and external auditors to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability of financial disclosures.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in financial reporting, strong US GAAP expertise, and experience with peer benchmarking and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 12+ years of financial reporting, SEC reporting, or public accounting experience.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated statement of cash flows end to end, including preparation and disclosures.
• Lead subsidiary and other compliance-related reporting and regulatory filings.
• Drive adoption of new accounting standards and related data/system changes.
