Bachelor’s degree required.
5–7 years’ experience in a financial aid office setting preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects with changing deadlines and priorities.
Knowledge of federal regulations regarding financial aid eligibility.

Responsibilities

Develop and direct financial aid strategies within federal and state regulations.
Implement packaging policies and procedures for awarding aid, adjusting changes as needed.
Manage committees that make funding decisions across all degree programs.
Evaluate aid eligibility in collaboration with Student Affairs and the Registrar.
Oversee daily operations and staff to ensure timely aid awards and counseling.
