LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Senior Finance Manager, Product & Client Engagement, to lead the Insurance Finance Decision Support team and partner with Product and Client Engagement leadership to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Qualifications

7+ years of relevant finance experience, including demonstrated people leadership experience.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline required; MBA and/or CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred.
Strong financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and analytical capabilities, with experience supporting revenue, expense, staffing, and capital planning.
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with and influence senior business leaders across functions and organizational levels.
Strong executive communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial and operational information into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to develop a deep understanding of product, client, commercial, and operational drivers.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning and reporting systems; experience with Hyperion Essbase and Dodeca preferred.
Strong understanding of financial systems and demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process, reporting, and data improvements.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
Collaborative team player with a strong commitment to developing others and delivering results.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a Finance Decision Support team, establishing clear priorities and accountability while fostering initiative, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Serve as the primary Finance Decision Support partner to Product and Client Engagement leadership, providing financial insight and constructive challenge to support revenue growth, profitability, and strategic decision-making.
Develop a deep understanding of product, client, and commercial economics and translate business and market drivers into actionable financial insights and recommendations.
Provide leadership and analytical support for the annual strategic business plan, forecasts, budget, and other key planning processes, including identification and assessment of risks and opportunities.
Partner with Product and Client Engagement leaders to evaluate growth opportunities, investments, pricing, and commercial initiatives through rigorous financial analysis and business cases.
Analyze revenue, product, client, and profitability performance to identify trends, underlying business drivers, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve results.
Translate financial, operational, and commercial performance into clear insights and recommendations that influence strategic and tactical business decisions.
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business cases, investments, costs, returns, and scenarios that support growth and resource allocation decisions.
Proactively identify emerging performance issues and partner with business leaders to understand root causes and develop actions to improve business performance.
Develop and implement financial reporting and process improvements that improve visibility, efficiency, accuracy, and decision support.
Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, data, and processes; assist in determining root causes of data or system inaccuracies and recommend solutions.
Communicate complex financial and operational information clearly and concisely to senior leadership, translating analysis into actionable recommendations.
Influence and mentor Finance team members and contribute to a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and strong business partnership.
