Job summary

This role acts as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, drives testing and validation, and ensures internal controls. CPA and at least 5 years in insurance accounting are expected, with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• CPA required; Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Experience in insurance accounting or reporting (P&C preferred).
• Strong collaboration across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, prioritization, and delivery of complex, time-sensitive finance technology initiatives.
• Oversee Workday initiatives and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Establish milestones, manage risks, and adjust plans for timely delivery.
• Direct project testing, validation, and internal controls for finance systems.
