Qualifications

• CPA required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; master's in accounting acceptable when paired with related field.
• At least 5 years of insurance accounting or reporting experience.
• Experience with Workday and finance technology platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, prioritization, and delivery of complex, time-sensitive finance technology initiatives.
• Oversee and contribute to Workday initiatives that support Finance and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; adjust plans and stakeholder expectations as needed.
• Direct project testing and validation; oversee the design and effectiveness of internal controls.
