NetApp, Inc. is seeking a Finance Director to lead strategic initiatives modernizing and scaling Finance processes, starting with Order-to-Cash end-to-end transformation and expanding into enterprise-wide Finance transformation.

While the initial focus will be Order-to-Cashend-to-end process transformation, this role carries a broader Finance Transformation mandate, driving optimization across core finance processes and leading high-impact strategic projects such as M&A integration.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong project leadership, deep finance and accounting process knowledge, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Depending on scope, the role may include working with the Finance PMO to deliver the critical finance process transformation initiatives, or build a small internal team and/or managing third-party consultants.
** This is a hybrid role requiring in office expectations of 3x a week. Only candidates in commutable distance to our San Jose, CA or Raleigh, NC office will be considered. **
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 196,350 - 270,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
