The Director - Finance & Operations will lead financial strategy, budgeting, and planning across the Schools of Health Sciences, while serving as a key leader in driving transformative change across the finance organization. This role will lead the team in reimagining how financial processes, reporting, and decision-making are delivered - streamlining operations, eliminating manual work, and leveraging innovative technology and Power BI to create modern, data-driven tools and insights. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, forward-thinking leader who can inspire teams, challenge traditional approaches, and build scalable solutions that fundamentally improve how finance supports the organization.

Job Summary

Directs the budgeting process and oversees the analysis and review of financial information. Leads team and establishes the direction, goals, and implementation strategy of the department. Formulates, implements, and ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. Collaborates with key stakeholders and evaluates success of department.

Essential Functions
