Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the finance team and drive strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the organization. You will ensure budgeting, forecasting, and reimbursement processes align with regulatory requirements and company goals.

You will report to the Vice President of Finance and play a critical role in delivering superior financial performance while supporting the mission to provide right care at the right time, in the right place.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; 10 years of equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
• At least 5 years in a financial leadership role or related field.
• Hands-on experience with FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reimbursement analysis, and performance management.
• Prior experience in Personal Care Services (PCS) required.
• Experience leading and developing finance professionals.
• Excellent presentation, analytical, and communication skills.

What is Required?
