Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Cleveland Global Headquarters is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to lead daily courier operations for NOAM stores and customers, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective delivery.

You will direct asset management for transportation services, manage US/Canada spend, develop partnerships with carriers, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive stores, logistics, transportation, courier, or supply chain leadership experience.
• Experience in managing third-party logistics providers, transportation vendors, and courier networks.
• Strong analytical, financial, and operational problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with logistics management systems, transportation systems, and performance reporting tools.
• Extensive Microsoft Office Suite Capabilities
• Extensive Data Analysis, interpretation, and presentation systems
• Use of other office systems such as email, calendar, and other ancillary functions
• Transportation and telematics systems

Responsibilities

• Lead daily logistics and courier operations for NOAM stores/customers to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective delivery services.
• Direct asset management associated with transportation services (trucks, Telematics devices, software, handheld devices, and related equipment).
• Manage spend associated with the delivery and courier operations in the US and Canada.
• Negotiate contracts with courier management companies and other ancillary service providers as needed.
• Direct teams to ensure consistent management, reporting, and administration processes across groups to optimize cost effectiveness and safety policies.
• Interact with Leadership and vendors to ensure safety and service levels are maintained.
