Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking a Director, Field Talent Management to own the leadership pipeline for our restaurant field operations. You'll partner with Regional Managers and GMs across multiple regions to recruit, develop and keep top talent.

You will own recruiting, development, talent management, retention and analytics, building programs and processes with ADP Workforce Now, ATS, LMS and MS Office, while traveling up to 50% (including overnights). This is a remote position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, OD, Psychology, or related field.
• 5–8 years of HR or talent management experience, 3+ in multi-unit restaurant/retail/hospitality.
• Proven ability to partner with operations leaders and build development programs.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, ATS, LMS and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel 50%, including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Recruit staffing forecasts and pipelines for GMs, District Managers and field leaders.
• Develop leadership programs, high-potential development plans, onboarding and certification.
• Oversee annual performance processes, talent reviews and succession for field roles.
• Lead retention initiatives and engagement analyses.
• Provide analytics on turnover and promotions to Operations leadership.

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is hiring a Director, Field Talent Management to own the leadership pipeline for our restaurant field operations. You'll partner with Regional Managers and GMs across multiple regions to recruit, develop and keep top talent.

You'll own:

• Recruiting: staffing forecasts, and hiring for GMs, District Managers and other field leaders, plus pipelines through colleges, military transition programs and industry groups
• Development: leadership programs, high-potential development plans, manager onboarding and certification
• Talent management: the annual performance process, talent reviews and succession plans for key field roles
• Retention: turnover analysis, stay and exit interviews, and recognition and engagement initiatives
• Analytics: turnover, promotions, bench strength and engagement metrics, with insights reported to Operations leadership

You have:

• A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, OD, Psychology or a related field (Master's a plus)
• 5–8 years of progressive HR or talent management experience, including 3+ in multi-unit restaurant, retail or hospitality
• A track record of partnering with operations leaders and building development programs
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now (preferred), ATS, LMS and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel 50%, including occasional overnights

Reports to: VP, Company Operations (dotted line to the Chief HR Officer)
