Form Energy is hiring a Director of Commissioning and Field Service to lead the commissioning, operations, and maintenance of our utility-scale energy storage projects. Build and guide a world-class field service team of engineers and technicians, delivering high uptime and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading commissioning or field service teams.
• 4+ years managing a global or large regional team.
• Experience with utility-scale energy/storage systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA/NFPA 70E safety standards.
• Strong written and oral communication with executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Commissioning and Field Service organization.
• Develop and execute the commissioning playbook from construction to COD.
• Develop and implement the O&M strategy including safety and QA.
• Own MTTR and Availability metrics for commissioned systems.
• Manage P&L for field service and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with Product/Manufacturing to feed field insights.
