Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–5 years of professional experience in government relations.
• Experience on Capitol Hill and with federal appropriations is highly qualified.
• Exceptional written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Client-service mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to summarize lengthy materials accurately and work with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Managing Directors and Senior Managing Director with client and project management.
• Maintain organized records using internal filing systems and data tools.
• Schedule and participate in client meetings and calls; liaise with congressional staff.
• Prepare itineraries and briefing materials for client visits to Capitol Hill.
• Conduct research on client interests, federal budgets, and appropriations trends.
• Develop and edit materials for appropriations requests and speaking points for clients.
