Job summary

Raise the Future seeks a Director of Family Support Services - Utah to lead program development, growth, and service delivery across a comprehensive family support continuum. This role supervises staff, oversees Medicaid billing, contracts, and budgets, and partners with key stakeholders to expand impact.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in a related field, Utah licensure eligibility, and 5+ years in adoption or child welfare, with 2+ years in program management. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, human development, or related field.
• Eligible for licensure in Utah as LCSW/LMFT/LCMHC.
• 5+ years in adoption/child welfare or related area.
• 2+ years in program development and management.
• Experience managing contracts, grants, budgets, and performance outcomes.
• 2+ years’ experience managing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution to advance program growth, sustainability, and service expansion.
• Oversee family support services, including clinical therapy, mentoring, coaching, and training programs.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid regulations, licensing standards, contracts, and organizational policies.
• Manage program operations, including budgets, contracts, performance outcomes, and resource allocation.
• Oversee billing processes and vendors for Medicaid reimbursement.
