Job summary

Raise The Future seeks a Director of Family Support Services for Utah. You will lead program development, oversee clinical therapy, coaching, and training, and supervise staff to deliver trauma‑informed services across Utah.

You will ensure Medicaid compliance, manage budgets, and build community partnerships in a hybrid office setting near the Utah office. The role reports to the Vice President of Programs, requires licensure eligibility, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and a pay

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Eligible for Utah licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LCMHC).
  • 5+ years in adoption/child welfare or related area.
  • 2+ years program development/management experience.
  • Experience managing contracts, grants, budgets, and performance outcomes.
  • 2+ years’ experience managing others.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning and execution to advance program growth and sustainability.
  • Oversee family support services, including clinical therapy, mentoring, coaching, and training.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop staff to ensure trauma-informed service delivery.
  • Ensure Medicaid compliance and licensing standards across contracts.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Oversee Medicaid billing processes and third‑party vendors.
  • Analyze data to improve outcomes and revenue.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization in outreach and collaboration initiatives.
  • Develop policies and quality improvement initiatives.
