Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, facilities planning, or related field.
Six to eight years of progressively responsible facility planning/design/construction experience, including supervision.
Professional licensure or certification in architecture/engineering/construction management/project management preferred.
Other qualifications as determined by Superintendent and Board of Education.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and manage the Facility Planning and Construction Department and the district's capital improvement program.
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, within approved budgets and schedules.
Align with district needs, educational priorities, and applicable requirements.
