Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer facing soft skills to interact with residents, staff, families, and vendors.
• High level of professionalism and respectful conduct under pressure.
• Punctual and reliable with consistent attendance.
• Leadership experience in maintenance or environmental services; able to supervise diverse teams.
• Valid California driver’s license and liability insurance when driving personal or company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develops departmental standards of performance, in accordance with guidelines, to ensure optimal environment.
• Establishes preventive maintenance, dietary standards, and housekeeping program to meet licensing, code, and safety requirements.
• Responsible for a wide variety of skilled maintenance, Dietary, Laundry, Janitorial and housekeeping duties in and around the facility.
