Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in interior design, workplace or facilities planning.
• 1+ years leading workplace design professionals and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AutoCAD; capable of reviewing floor plans and creating drawings.
• Knowledge of space planning, furniture, finishes, accessibility, branding, and environmental graphics.
• Experience translating business needs into facility and workplace design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of workplace design professionals and set priorities.
• Direct development and maintenance of floor plans and CAD drawings, with technical direction.
• Lead enterprise artwork, branding, signage, and environmental graphics programs.
• Direct standards for space planning, furniture layouts, vendor performance, and coordination.
• Develop scalable facility models, standards, and processes for design across portfolios.
• Provide design leadership through planning, development, and construction documentation phases.
• Make recommendations on design solutions with cost and safety considerations.
