Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Planning, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years professional experience in interior design, workplace or facilities planning, architectural systems, and project coordination.
• 1+ years leading workplace design professionals and delivering complex projects through cross-functional teams, external design firms, and vendors.
• Experience with AutoCAD, including reviewing and revising floor plans and CAD drawing documentation.
• WELL AP and Registered Architect credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of workplace design professionals, establishing priorities and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design solutions.
• Direct development, review, revision, and maintenance of floor plans and CAD drawings, providing technical direction for CAD standards.
• Lead enterprise artwork, branding, signage, and environmental graphics programs.
• Direct workplace design standards and implementation, including space planning and furniture layouts, coordinating with vendors and design firms.
• Develop and govern scalable facility models and standards for space planning, finishes, signage, and environmental graphics.
• Provide design leadership through all project phases, translating business needs into scopes of work and managing tradeoffs.
