• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• 10+ years in a Facilities Leadership position in Life Sciences/Pharma/Healthcare.
• Hands-on leadership coordinating in-house and contracted teams.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Facilities Engineering strategy across multiple sites.
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs for asset reliability.
• Oversee maintenance of MEP equipment ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Ensure optimal functioning of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems.
• Lead corrective maintenance and coordinate in-house/contracted services.
• Represent Facilities to internal and external auditors.
• Lead emergency response and business continuity programs.
• Develop facilities requirements for new business units and scale.
