Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of related work experience preferred.
• BMS operation experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• EPA CFC Universal Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts periodic system maintenance inspections and implements preventive and corrective actions for building equipment.
• Maintains facility operations, including shelves, cabinetry, furniture moves, drywall patching/painting, and minor office modifications.
• Coordinates internal staff moves and liaises with property management.
• Operates and maintains critical building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, cabling).
• Oversees janitorial services and vendor invoicing with proper documentation.
• Supports safety inspections and safety equipment testing; updates logs monthly.
