Job summary

Georgetown University’s Baratta Center for Global Business Education seeks an Associate Director of Corporate and External Engagement to build corporate partnerships, deepen alumni relations, and support Advisory Board activity. The role reports to the Executive Director and collaborates with Programs, Student Experience, Marketing, and Communications to translate partner updates into impactful content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, institutional relations, client management, consulting, or related field.
• Demonstrated track record of building and managing senior-level external relationships that generate tangible programmatic, financial, or institutional outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft compelling partner pitches, board briefings, and executive-facing materials.
• Strong organizational and process management skills, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain operational systems in a complex institutional environment.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Experience with AI tools highly desirable.
• Substantive knowledge of or professional engagement with geopolitics and/or international business is highly desirable
• Master’s Degree is preferred.
