Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a senior sourcing leader to oversee a spend segment for J&J Innovative Medicine (IM) Supply Chain, focusing on external manufacturing suppliers for Biotherapeutics and/or Synthetics platforms. You will lead a team of sourcing professionals and refresh category strategy aligned to IM objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MSc/MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in Procurement and Supply Chain.
• People management experience required.
• Strong contracting, regulatory, and compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
