Oracle is seeking a Director of Strategic Sourcing for External Manufacturing to lead the global sourcing strategy for server hardware components supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. You will oversee a team of Sourcing Managers, drive supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective procurement to meet demand and capacity needs.

The role requires collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Manufacturing to optimize inventory, mitigate risks, and align with long-term business

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for External Manufacturing across Oracle’s global cloud infrastructure.
• Manage and develop a team of Sourcing Managers, providing leadership and guidance.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials to meet business needs.
• Drive supplier performance, capacity planning, delivery, quality, cost, and risk management.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve supply continuity and reduce costs.
