Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Analyst for External Manufacturing within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The role supports the EM Sourcing team with coordination of supply, cost modeling, supplier management, and process improvements to ensure delivery of critical hardware to customers.

Responsibilities include developing cost models, conducting pricing analyses, participating in supplier negotiations, and collaborating with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to translate

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing strategies for contract manufacturers and related suppliers.
• Analyze supplier spend, pricing, cost structures, capacity, lead times, and other data for opportunities and risks.
• Support supplier selection activities including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, bid analyses, and evaluations.
• Develop cost models and pricing analyses to set negotiation targets and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Participate in supplier negotiations (pricing, capacity, lead times, terms).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Quality, Finance, Legal and others to translate requirements into sourcing actions.
