Job summary

CSL in the United States seeks a Director of Project Management for External Innovation to lead end-to-end evaluations of external opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams across scientific, clinical, regulatory, IP, and commercial domains to enable timely decisions. This hybrid role is based in King of Prussia, PA or Waltham, MA, with onsite work three days per week.

The successful candidate will drive due diligence, governance processes, and integration with Development PM and BD

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading cross-functional biopharma projects
• Experience with external due diligence and BD/Liaison
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with AI-assisted landscape tools

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for External Search and Early Due Diligence.
• Coordinate cross-functional evaluations across scientific, clinical, regulatory, IP, and commercial streams.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans with timelines and governance.
• Engage with external partners and internal stakeholders to enable timely decision-making.
• Improve processes and tools to optimize Search and Due Diligence workflows.
