Job summary

CSL is seeking a Director of Project Management Search & Evaluation to lead the external innovation program, including Search and Early Due Diligence. The role spans King of Prussia, PA or Waltham, MA with a hybrid onsite schedule three days a week, coordinating cross-functional teams for timely evaluations and decision-making.

You will guide end-to-end project management for the Global Search function, partner with senior stakeholders in R&D, BD, Legal, and Finance, and drive process

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred (PhD, PharmD, MD, MSc/MBA).
• 12+ years in biopharma with 8+ years in managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Experience with asset due diligence across scientific/clinical/CMC/Reg/IP/Commercial threads.
• Familiarity with partnering platforms (InPart or similar) and collaboration stacks.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic PM leadership for external innovation activities including Search and Early Due Diligence.
• Lead end-to-end PM for the Global Search function from initial discussions through governance and handoffs.
• Develop integrated project plans, track timelines, and manage risks and issues.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and governance capable of timely, high-quality decisions.
